These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 45win platform at 45win.im. Withdrawals from your 45win account require successful completion of KYC identity verification. 45win strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available through your Account Settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. Where 2FA is available and you choose not to enable it, you accept a heightened personal responsibility for the security of your account.
All activity conducted through your 45win account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is attributed to you and is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the specific action. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 45win support immediately via the live chat function inside your account dashboard.
45win reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account where suspicious activity, potential fraud, potential bonus abuse, or potential violation of these Terms is detected. Such suspension may be implemented without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action to protect the integrity of the platform or the security of player funds.

All deposits made to your 45win account must originate from a payment source in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held in the names of family members — are not permitted. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, 45win reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and request documentary evidence of ownership of the funding source.
Deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT where applicable. Currency conversion, where required, is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 45win is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
Withdrawal of funds from your 45win account is subject to successful completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport — along with proof of your registered residential address where required.

Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank typically complete within one to three business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within approximately 20 minutes following internal approval.

45win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 45win account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
45win does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. 45win will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
